*Please submit your request at least 7 days in advance of the requested date for posting. If you would like an image to go along with your Portal message, please email that image to studentleadershipandactivities@hofstra.edu and entitle it with the same title you are using in the form. Also, if you are sending an image, please put a note in the message box of the form that an image with be forthcoming. Images must be sized to "fit" in the portal, so they should be no more than 7 inches wide and 6 inches long. The JPG format is preferred.

Note regarding portal announcement images: Images are wonderful communication tools. We must remember there are students who are visually impaired, so any textual information contained within an image needs to be made part of the announcement text. Images must be generated using the RGB coloring scheme. Images must be sized to “fit” in the portal, so they should be no more than 7 inches wide, and the length should be such that the user does not have to scroll to view the entire image; it should be no more than 6 inches long. The JPG format is preferred.
